The CareStar Plus 20 filter

The CareStar Plus 20 (MP05770) is a disposable respiratory filter with an electrostatic method of filtering bacteria (99.99%) and viruses (99.9%). With its highly efficient electrostatic filter media, CareStar Plus protects the patient from potentially present microorganisms in the inhaled air, as well as the ventilator's respiratory system from airborne microorganisms that the patient exhales. This reduces the risk of possible cross-contamination and promotes patient and staff safety. The recommended respiratory volume is 100-500 ml. Dead space - 20 ml. The maximum duration of use is 24 hours. For the convenience of monitoring the time of use of the filter, the time of start of use can be marked on the surface of the filter.
