The HumidStar 2 Plus Luer-Lock (MP05840) heat and moisture exchanger is designed to reduce moisture and heat loss during lung ventilation. It partially takes over the function of the upper respiratory tract and effectively moistens the inhaled air. Available Luer-Lock. The recommended respiratory volume is 10-50 ml. Dead space - 2 ml.
