NovaStar plus AAV

NIV oronasal mask NovaStar plus AAV is reusable and intended for non-invasive ventilation therapy. Since the mask covers the nose and mouth, it supports effective therapy even when breathing through the mouth. The white transparent angled adapter includes an anti-asphyxia valve (AAV), which provides convenient access to ambient air at reduced pressure (< 3 cm H₂O). Exhalation ports ensure the removal of CO₂ during non-invasive ventilation. A flexible ring built into the flexible, transparent mask body allows the mask to be bent and adjusted individually to the patient's face. The individual fit and silicone gel cushion provide high comfort and an effective seal. Magnetic clips ensure easy and secure attachment of the NovaStar plus NIV masks. In case of an emergency, the magnetic clips can be quickly opened or securely closed. Dräger mask sizing templates included in each package help you choose the correct mask size, so you don’t need to open the mask packaging.
