RENOSEM RENO S130D

Manufacture: RENOSEM

Reno series low-temperature sterilizers based on hydrogen peroxide vapor and plasma are medical equipment that uses H2O2 vapor and plasma technology for fast and safe sterilization of medical devices and instruments. They guarantee full sterilization efficiency, destroying harmful microorganisms in a low-temperature environment, leaving no toxic residues, which protects patients and medical personnel.

RENO series plasma sterilizer technologies

1. Disposable sterilization cassettes: using this approach ensures the exact amount and concentration of the sterilant to ensure sterilization efficiency. Air transportation (IATA 4.4 s.p A75) ensures uninterrupted and fast delivery of sterilization cassettes to the user.

2. Dual plasma technology: DBD Plasma - Improves the penetration of the sterilant (Reduces the dielectric barrier), and Corona Plasma - improves the decomposition of H2O2 into water and oxygen.

3. Unique sterilization process: The use of a pressure-increasing process improves the penetration ability of the sterilant.

LOW-TEMPERATURE STERILIZER RENO S-130D. Advanced plasma technology and versality to meet your growing sterilization needs.

The peculiarity of the "pass-through" model RENO-S130D is that loading for processing and unloading of instruments after sterilization take place in different working zones, which separates the "dirty" and "clean" zones. Such a sterilizer is recommended for use in large medical centers.

RENO -S130D is a plasma sterilizer with a working chamber of 131.4 liters, which allows processing a large number of instruments in one cycle.

Sterilizing agent: disposable capsules with a chemical reagent in liquid form (hydrogen peroxide H₂O₂). Under the influence of electric current, hydrogen peroxide turns into plasma with subsequent decomposition into water and oxygen, so the procedure is absolutely safe for humans.

KEY ADVANTAGES:

  • user-friendly interface - easy to use, color touch display;
  • built-in thermal printer;
  • disposable cassette is easy to use;
  • proven high permeability;
  • 2 wide TFT LCD touch displays;
  • vertical automatic door;
  • foot sensor switch;
  • the ability to sterilize single-channel flexible endoscopes and rigid endoscopes, as well as much more. Sterilization of long narrow occluded lumens (2Ø x 1500 mm) is guaranteed without additional adapters and amplifiers;
  • fast sterilization cycles;
  • fast sterilization times allow for rapid instrument turnover, avoiding increased costs for purchasing additional spare instruments.

Equipment that can be sterilized in Renosem:

RENO S130D

  • endoscopic instruments;
  • cannulas, trocars;
  • bronchoscopes;
  • cystoscopes;
  • choledochoscopes;
  • laparoscopes;
  • electric drills;
  • blood transfusion sets;
  • tubes;
  • light cables
