The Dräger Jaundice Meter JM-105 gives you consistent quality screening, cost-effectively delivered over the lifetime of the device.

JM-105 is a non-invasive transcutaneous Jaundice Meter that measures the degree of jaundice of subcutaneous tissues in newborns. The device provides visible digital measurement results that correlate with the content of bilirubin in the blood of newborns. The Jaundice Meter is intended for newborns who were born with a gestational age of ≥24 weeks and did not undergo an exchange transfusion. The device is intended for use before, during and after phototherapy. JM-105 should only be used in infants under 14 days of age.

Screening with the JM-105 is fast and easy; simply clean the reusable tip with an alcohol wipe and take your measurement.

The light source in JM-105 is a pulsed xenon arc lamp, its service life is 150,000 measurements, sensors are silicon photodiodes.

The measuring range of the device is 0.0 mg/dL to 20.0 mg/dL (0 μmol/L to 340 μmol/L).

The JM-105 is equipped with an internal battery that provides up to 250 measurements when fully charged. When the battery is low, the corresponding indicator flashes.
